UW-Green Bay adds a pair of transfers

Taurean Greenridge, who appeared in 17 matches with High Point last season, and Jean Carlo Perez, a goalkeeper who played at one of the nation’s top high school programs, have both transfered into Wis.-Green Bay, ESR learned Monday.

Greenridge is a midfielder from Barbados and will be a junior this fall. In two years at High Point, he played in 25 matches — eight as a freshman and 17 in 2011. He started five matches and scored a goal.

Perez is transfering in from Monroe Community College (N.Y.). He played his high school ball at Martin Luther King (Manhattan, N.Y.).

He joins a large UW-Green Bay recruiting class that includes Brandon Hall and Tyler Swanner of Illinois, Kyle Ihn, Austin Jepson, Adam Nelson, Jeremy Nji and Kevin Winter of Wisconsin, Brendan Kissel and Conner Sendobry of Missouri, Eddosa Muhammed and Sam Ruelas of Minnesota.
